| | | | | | Job description | | HR Executive Roles and Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Staffing:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage job requisitions and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees to improve workplace morale.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate and manage employee training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and productivity.
- Support employee development through performance reviews and career planning.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processing, ensure accuracy in calculations, and manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, leave management, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Compliance & Policy Enforcement:
- Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations related to employment.
- Update and enforce workplace policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop initiatives to keep employees engaged and motivated, improving retention rates.
- Organize team-building activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle documentation related to employee attendance, leave, and other HR policies.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in setting up and tracking performance goals and evaluations for employees.
- Support managers with employee appraisals, feedback, and disciplinary actions if necessary.
- HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and maintain HR reports for management on employee performance, attrition rates, and staffing needs.
- Use data to make recommendations on improving HR processes.
