Job description

HR Executive Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
    • Manage job requisitions and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
    • Facilitate communication between management and employees to improve workplace morale.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate and manage employee training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and productivity.
    • Support employee development through performance reviews and career planning.
  4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee payroll processing, ensure accuracy in calculations, and manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, leave management, etc.).
    • Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  5. Compliance & Policy Enforcement:
    • Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations related to employment.
    • Update and enforce workplace policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive environment.
  6. Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Develop initiatives to keep employees engaged and motivated, improving retention rates.
    • Organize team-building activities, surveys, and feedback sessions.
  7. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Handle documentation related to employee attendance, leave, and other HR policies.
  8. Performance Management:
    • Assist in setting up and tracking performance goals and evaluations for employees.
    • Support managers with employee appraisals, feedback, and disciplinary actions if necessary.
  9. HR Reporting & Analytics:
    • Prepare and maintain HR reports for management on employee performance, attrition rates, and staffing needs.
    • Use data to make recommendations on improving HR processes.
